For online bookings, simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your vehicle type, choose the date and time, and complete your reservation. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience. You can pay cash directly to the driver at the end of your trip (in Euros), or pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). For corporate clients, we also offer invoice payment with 30-day terms. All prices are fixed and inclusive - no hidden fees!

All our prices are fixed and all-inclusive. The price you see is the price you pay - no hidden fees, no surge pricing, no surprises. Our pricing is calculated based on distance: km × 2 × 1.2. This includes all taxes, tolls, and fees. You will know the exact price before you book.

We monitor all flights in real-time using flight tracking systems. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust the pickup time at no extra charge. We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups from the actual landing time. If your flight is cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats upon request at no additional charge. Please mention the age and weight of your child when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat. We have baby seats (0-12 months), child seats (1-4 years), and booster seats (4-12 years) available.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. For cancellations between 12-24 hours, a 50% fee applies. Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup or no-shows are charged at 100%. To modify your booking, please contact us by phone or email.

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. For Malpensa Airport, the meeting point is at the arrivals hall exit. For Linate Airport, it's at the main arrivals area. For Bergamo Airport, the driver will be at the arrivals hall. We also provide the driver's contact details in your confirmation email.

Each vehicle category has specific luggage capacity: Economy and Business Sedans accommodate up to 3 large suitcases + hand luggage. Vans can handle up to 7 large suitcases. Minibuses and buses have significantly more capacity. If you have extra luggage, please let us know when booking so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle.
