Private Transfer Services in Milan
Six services from one operator: airport transfers for Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo from €97, private city tours, corporate accounts, groups of up to 55 passengers, outlet shopping trips and wedding cars. The price is fixed before you pay, and the phone is answered 24 hours a day.
Airport Transfers to Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo
We drive to and from all three Milan airports, door to door: Malpensa (MXP, about 50 km from the centre), Linate (LIN, about 9 km) and Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY, about 50 km). Your driver follows the flight, waits up to 60 minutes after landing at no charge, and the fare is fixed before you pay — from €97 for an Economy Sedan between central Milan and Malpensa.
Booking takes about a minute and the price appears before you confirm, so there is no meter and no surge pricing. Motorway tolls, VAT, meet and greet at arrivals, luggage assistance, child seats, bottled water and WiFi are all in that figure. City pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting instead of 60. All nine vehicle classes and their from-prices are on the fleet and prices page, and individual routes — lakes, ski resorts, other Italian cities — on destinations.
What's Included:
- Flight tracking and monitoring
- 60 minutes free waiting time
- Meet & greet service at arrivals
- Professional, licensed drivers
- Fixed prices - no hidden fees
- Luggage assistance

Private Transfer vs Train, Bus and Taxi from Milan Airports
A private transfer is priced per vehicle, not per head, so the answer changes with the size of your party. Published one-way fares for one adult, checked in September 2026.

Train, bus, coach and taxi fares are the operators' and the city's own published figures, checked in September 2026 and quoted here for comparison only — they can change without us knowing. Our own fares are the from-prices listed on the fleet and prices page. Choosing between the airports is covered in our Malpensa airport guide and in Milan vs Bergamo airport.
Where a private transfer wins
- Four travellers. Four adults on the Malpensa Express pay 4 × €15 = €60, then a metro ride or a second taxi with the cases. The sedan is €97 for the car, not per person, and stops at the hotel door.
- Groups. Sixteen people cost €240 in train tickets; the 16-seat Sprinter is €232. Fifty-five people cost €825 on the train against €407 for the coach — and nobody changes at Cadorna.
- Against the taxi. The official Malpensa flat fare is €110 for up to four people; our Economy Sedan starts at €97 for the same four, and a Business Sedan at €127 if you want the E-Class.
- Night and early-morning flights. The Malpensa Express and the M4 do not run through the night. We do, 24 hours a day including holidays, which matters for a 05:30 check-in.
- Delays. The driver watches the arrival board and the pickup moves to the real landing time, with 60 minutes of waiting included. A train ticket booked for a fixed departure does not wait for you.
- Luggage, children and skis. Every seat has a luggage place, child and booster seats are free on request, and the ski and lake runs take the kit — none of which a station platform or a taxi rank can promise.
And where it does not: if you are travelling alone or as a couple with cabin bags, and your hotel is near Cadorna or Centrale, the Malpensa Express at €15 a head is cheaper than any car and we will tell you so. A private transfer earns its price on passengers, luggage, timing and the last mile — not on the journey itself.

Private City Tours of Milan with a Driver
A private car with driver for a few hours or a full day in Milan, quoted as a block in advance rather than on a meter. Popular routes take in the Duomo, La Scala and the Galleria, the Montenapoleone fashion quarter, Leonardo's Last Supper and Brera, and the Navigli canals at aperitivo hour.
Because the car stays with you, the day can change as it goes: add a stop, finish early, swap a museum for lunch. Up to 4 passengers travel in a sedan and up to 7 in a van; larger parties take a minivan or coach. Tell us what you want to see when you book a tour and we order the stops around opening hours and traffic.
Popular Tours:
- Historical Milan - Duomo, La Scala, Galleria
- Fashion District - Via Montenapoleone
- Art & Culture - Last Supper, Brera
- Navigli Canals - Evening aperitivo tour
- Custom tours on request
Corporate Transfer Service for Business Travel
An account for companies that move people through Milan regularly: one point of contact, monthly invoicing on 30-day terms, payment by bank transfer, and executive cars — Mercedes E-Class and S-Class — with WiFi and charging on board. Volume discounts apply once the monthly count supports them.
Trips can be booked for colleagues and guests without them handling payment, and everything lands on one invoice against the cost centre you name. Drivers meet arrivals at Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo with a name board, and the fixed-price rule still applies, so a travel budget is known before the month starts. Ask for an account and we will come back with terms.
Corporate Benefits:
- Priority booking and account manager
- Monthly invoicing with 30-day terms
- Executive vehicles (E-Class, S-Class)
- Confidential and professional service
- WiFi and charging in all vehicles
- Volume discounts available

Group Transportation for 9 to 55 Passengers
A group travels in one vehicle instead of a rank of taxis: a 9-seat Mercedes Vito from €177, a 16-seat Sprinter from €232, a 25-seat Iveco Daily from €385 or a 55-seat Mercedes Tourismo coach from €407 — each one way between central Milan and Malpensa, with a luggage place for every seat.
One driver, one arrival time and one invoice is easier to run than six separate cars, and a coach can collect from a hotel forecourt rather than a station platform. We handle conference shifts, sports teams, school parties and wedding guests, and can repeat the same run across several days. Capacities and luggage limits for every class are listed on the fleet page.
Perfect For:
- Family vacations and reunions
- Corporate events and conferences
- Wedding guest transportation
- Sports teams and fan groups
- School and university trips
Shopping Tours to Milan Boutiques and Designer Outlets
The driver waits while you shop and the boot takes the bags. Milan's Quadrilatero della Moda is minutes from any central hotel; Serravalle Designer Outlet is about an hour and a quarter away, Fidenza Village about an hour, and FoxTown Mendrisio roughly 50 minutes across the Swiss border.
An outlet run works best as an hourly booking: the car stays at the centre for as long as you want, so there is no queue for a taxi home with six bags. Bring a passport or ID card for FoxTown, since it is in Switzerland. A private shopping assistant can be arranged on request — book a shopping tour and say which centres you want in which order.
Popular Destinations:
- Milan Fashion District - Gucci, Prada, Armani
- Serravalle Designer Outlet - Up to 70% off
- Fidenza Village - Luxury brands outlet
- FoxTown Mendrisio - Swiss outlet shopping
- Private shopping assistant available

Wedding Transfers and Guest Shuttles
There are two jobs on a wedding day: the couple's car and getting everyone else there on time. We provide a decorated luxury sedan — Mercedes S-Class — for the bride and groom, plus vans or a coach shuttling guests between hotel, ceremony and reception to a timetable agreed in advance.
Airport pickups for guests arriving from abroad go on the same reservation, so a whole weekend of arrivals has one operator and one contact. Champagne service is available on request, and the driver stays for the window you book rather than leaving after one run. Send us the day's timings and we build the schedule around them.
Wedding Services:
- Decorated luxury vehicles
- Bride & groom special packages
- Guest shuttle service
- Church to venue transfers
- Airport pickup for out-of-town guests
- Champagne service available
